Aaron services the intellectual property needs of the firm’s clients. An experienced litigator, Aaron handles patent infringement, copyright infringement and trade secrets litigation. Aaron’s patent experience includes conventional district court litigation as well as AIA post-grant proceedings such as Inter Partes Review before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

In 2002, Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas. Between degrees, he worked at Reliant Energy as a software developer. Aaron also co-founded Apogee Telecom, Inc., a technology firm providing voice and data services to university students nationwide.
